Interior Lights

Out of nowhere one day, the reading lights and the lower interior lights quit working. I checked the fuses and I can't find one that is blown. Also, the panel lights work fine. Is it just a fuse I didn't check? Which fuse is it? The manual isn't very helpful on this matter.

Also, a few of the backlights on the switches in the car are out. Are these lights actually part of the switches, or are they just bulbs that are blown?
