clutch master/slave cylinder

Any suggestions on bleeding the clutch/slave cylinder on a 93 cav? It doesn't have a bleeder valve and other than manually pressing in the slave cylinder pushrod (which really isn't working that well) and checking for bubbles i don't know of another way. Is there anywhere that sells the master/slave assembly that's already to go on? I know the parts stores don't carry it for that car.
