Where Is PCV valve, 96' ford Ranger

96' Ford Ranger 2.3L 4Cyl.
I can't find the PCV valve, anyone has to know where is it?

It is on the passenger side on the rear of the valve cover on top.

Nothing there (on valve covre). Where is it?
