Alarm LED installation without alarm, for 99 cav

I need help wireing a LED light in my 1999 cavalier, it where do i wire it?
I need a positive negitive and ignition.

with mine i went from the vent in the top. you can put your ground to any metal in the dash there is a bar running along the bottom where the engine diagnostics mounts too, For your live you can find that right at your lighter or down below on the floor to your left at the front you will find both an ignition and live in there really simple all you need is a test light to find your live and your ignition just hook the clip to ground your live will have power all the time your ignition will come on and off when you turn the car on it will have power when you turn it off it will ground and let the light flash
