I have a 2000 Neon with the stock rims. I would like to upgrade to maybe a 17-18 at the most. I have no idea if these will fit. Also I don't know how wide will fit, how can I find out?

17"x7.5" with a 35mm offset would be the largest recommended wheel for your Neon

you could either do 17s with a 40 series tire or 18s with a 35 series tire.
18s you will have a bit crappier ride quality, obviously a huge difference comming from stock, but id still go with 18s. 17s are too common.
