A/C Compressor will not turn on

Need some help please. I do not here the a/c compressor cutting on when I turn on the a/c. I checked the fuse and it isa good and the vacum is working fine. I also repalced the conrol swith and still nothing.. Need some help on where to go from here...

Did you try jumping the wire at the low presure cut off? Its the switch that is on the drier. The big silver canister. Just pull the conection off and jump a wire across the plug. If it starts it is caused by a low charge. Don't run it with the wire jumped.

No did not do that but I did recharge the coolntand aand it turn on fine but now there is another problem... I is leaking like a son of a.....Where do I start to try to isolate and repair leak?

They sell a dye that you put into the system. It will mark the leak. If your leaking bad you are going to need a pro to service it. After the repair is made the system needs to have a vacumm pump put on it before its charged.

if its a bad leak, you shoule be able to hear it, if you can mark it with a paint marker, if the system was dead for a day or longer (more then 24 hours) you will need a new accumulator or you will just have more problems in the long run, it will not be cheep, but as long as its not the evap in the dash it wont be to expecive either.. the professional shop oil/R134A will be the expencive part of the whole thing
