Sup dawg? See you're from Az. I originally got the kit from Versus in Phoenix. I got the Black Widow sides and rear and Streetfyghter II front end. I was stationed in Yuma at the time, but I wanted to get the kit put on and painted in LA, so I told the guy, Swandi...I think is how you spell his name...anyway, I told him I wanted to go right to Ground Designs to pick up the kit. He sold it to me for $675 and then just printed out a receipt for $850 so they wouldn't say anything when I went to pick it up. They ended up actually dropping it off at the body shop for me, but anyway, I just wanted to suggest Versus. Not sure if you've been there, but you'll probably hear mixed reviews about it. Personally, I think they come up with some really good deals, so you might wanna check em out. Do you want the original Ground Designs?

hey man wasup,
yea i'm looking for the first black widow kit I think it looks pretty damn tight on the 4 door. I havent heard of versus in phoenix but it sounds like a pretty damn good place to get some hook ups. Do you know any good autobody shops around east mesa I don't have any around where I live. and I plan on getting that kit in a month or two but I can't find a decent shop.

What I'd do, is just look at some car mags that feature Arizona rides and find out where they did their body work. Me personally, I like to go to shops that are real deep in the import scene. I don't know, I guess most shops could do a good job, but even though it's far, I'd suggest going to Cali. I had my parents take my car down to SoCal from NoCal to get my bodywork done. If you would go to LA for the work, I could suggest some shops. How soon do you want to buy the kit?

I plan on getting it in a month or two, but I don't know when I would be able to go to LA, but if I can't find a good shop in any mags like you sugeested I will probably end up taking it there, so if you could give me some good shops down there to look into I would appreciate it. THANX

I only know of four good shops right offhand, but they're probably the biggest in the import scene. Don't know if you've seen my car, but it was done at 20/20 Autobody in Industry.
20/20 www.2020autobodytech.com If you wanna call and ask some questions, (626)336-6000 Ask for Joe.

JT Auto in Rosemead www.jtautostyle.com

Auto Explosion in Gardena www.thebombshop.com Done alot of nice show cars lately.

J&S Xtreme in Covina.

Again, I don't know if you want to take it to a shop that's real involved in the scene or not. I like to, but I guess it's kind of a pride thing, plus knowing that they've done so many show cars, they must be really good. But then again, I'm sure most shops can do just as good of a job too

I need your guys advice. Should I go with the full black widow kit or should I go with the black widow front bumper and side skirts with the wings west tuner type 1 rear bumper. I like the black widow because it is really fat, but I think I like the way the tuner type 1 looks. so tell me what you guys think!

Is the Tuner the Buddy Club style kit? If it is, I didn't know they made the back bumper for a 4dr. But personally, I'd go with either
Streetfyghter II front, Black Widow sides and rear
Sinsei front with Black Widow sides and rear
Full Black Widow
Black Widow sides front and sides with Buddy Club rear

Well there's actually alot you could do. LOL I think with those kits, you can't go wrong. I don't know how it'd all match up, but I wouldn't mind seeing the Sinsei front end with the BW sides and BC rear. That would probably look pretty hot.
Here's an idea for the full BW on a 4dr

And if you really hate the rims

And here's the Streetfyghter II front with BW sides and rear

The last pic is kind of hard because the car was black at the time, but hopefully you'll get a little idea of what it would look like

Damn I don't know what it is but the full black widow kit looks hella good on the four door. It's a good thing you switched those rims your new ones look tight. I diddn't think wings west made the tuner type 1 rear bumper for the four door either, but I saw a 98 civ ex 4 door somewhere on here with it and I thought it looked good.:bandit:
