97 aurora - drove home through hurrican katrina in south florida . Not to bad but next morning the drivers seat moved all the way forward and tilted forward so now there is no room to drive. It was a little wet under the drivers seat. Checked fuses - ok, other pwr seat works and everything else works as normal. Please help. Cant drive it this way and its my only way to work. Check the controls on the side of the seat. It sounds like they got wet and caused a short. The short caused the seat to move all the way forward. You may have to remove it and clean everything or replace the controls before it will work properly.

the seat memory button may move the seat to this position if you accidently touch it and no other position is entered in its memory .... this may be as simple as touching the #1,button on the door
