Getting alarm for stepdad and need some help

Have a question. My mom is planning on getting my step dad a clarm/keyless entry/remote starter for his bithday.
Here is the link for the alarm
http://www.commandoalarms.com/itm30032.htm

Now I actually have 2 questions.
1) is this a good type of alarm and
2) Do the 2004 F-150's have 5 Wire Reverse Polarity door locks. I knew to know because if so we have to order the Door Lock Relay Module when we get the alarm

Any help would be gladly appricated
