Can anyone verify it? airtight_python 09-09-2005, 04:39 PM This is correct on 99-02 models. Probably the same for later models. chuck16 09-09-2005, 05:06 PM Scared me the first time it happened on my ride as I had just changed my oil 750km prior. I remember reading about the reset here and it fixed the problem. nineball481 09-09-2005, 05:18 PM it is very true. You can read all about it in your owner's manual. We seem to answer this question every three months or so :shakehead oh well, no stupid questions, right? travis712 09-09-2005, 05:30 PM Work for a 2k3? jeverett 09-09-2005, 06:07 PM It works for 99-present models. It's not a lie, its in the manual. budone 09-09-2005, 08:38 PM It works for 99-present models. It's not a lie, its in the manual. In the September 2005 issue of GM Techline for GM employees, the instructions have been given to them also. I think the techs were not resetting the oil life monitors either...... vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
