no spark

Daughter's 98 cav 2.2L overheated and warped head. I had the head milled and replaced. When I attempted to start it had no spark. Had the ICM tested and replaced. I now understand, according to other threads in the forum, that it may be the oil pressure sensor or the crank position sensor. is there a test for either of the sensors. Would the emulsified oil have caused a problem with the osp.
