wireing

Does any one know if the wireing is ran from the factory for options even if they were not ordered as an option when the vehicle was purchased? i want to install several factory options like the mirror with the temp in it. the wireing is present in an 04 envoy for the 4X4 selector even though it is two wheel drive.

I think factory wiring is there. I changed manual outside mirros on 2005 trailblazer to electric. All wiring was present just plugged them in. I am also trying to install compass/temp mirror. compass works but I can't find out how to hook up the temp sensor.

Re: wireing

Temp sensor should be up in the grille work, do you have one?

the mirror I bought has a temp sensor with it but I can't find one on my tb and I can't find a hole where it should be. If someone can point me to a specific place on the grill work I would apprec. it. At least I hope the wiring is there.

Re: wireing

Any place in an opening in the grille has to be in the airstream, my 2002 TB did not have the temp sensor harness.
