car covering suggestions?futureman 09-07-2005, 04:16 PM I don't have a garage, but I'm looking at a way to protect my car and just generally keep the weather (and birds!!) off it. Does anyone know of another type of cover that looks nice (classy, not like a tent)? I've been looking at DuraPorts (www.duraports.com or something like that). Seems to have a nice look, only two poles (!!) to the thing. Anyone have a carport/covering suggestion? Let me know what you guys are using or not using. Let me know what you guys are using or not using. well it all depends on how much you want to spend. like i have a metal car port that i keep my boat under.then i have another that is big enough for two cars. one was $700 & the other was 500. thats the best way for little money.keep in mind cheap car covers will do more damage than good . they will hold moister in.good luck hope i helped vBulletin®, Copyright ©2010, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
