compressed air and race gas as nos

i was woundering if you injected compressed air and some racing fuel into the wishbone, ( one on each rib for each cyinder) if you could get a supercharged effect because of the surplus of air and the fuels there to stop the lean out if it was just air. the only porblem i can see is getting the right mix of air to fuel. by the way i'm talking about the cpi motor. you might get close to the same proformance. if anything it could take it to maybe 1 psi which would be better then a vac on the motor. i did some searching and i couldn't find must on it. think it would work?

Re: compressed air and race gas as nos

i plan to get a boost gauge to check to see if i get any bosst. i have found a site where its been done. should give me a little boost. the site had only compressed air injection but i'm guessing that if i get the mix right that if i inject racing or cam2 into it should really give me a boost in power.

Re: compressed air and race gas as nos

One problem I can see with that idea is that you'd be injecting unmetered air...

Re: compressed air and race gas as nos

i have thought about that after words but as long as you can keep the mixture right then why would you need to meter it. you would have a regulator in the tank like a normal nos set up.
