Questions about 92 Honda Civic

Hello, I recently bought a 92 honda civic Dx but I don't no what fuse goes to the horn. The owner of the car lost the book do you no how I can find out about it or get one offline? Second Question I just got the car fix but it had been sitting up for at least 6 months now it will drive for a while and cut offf hesitiate to crank and the when you give it gas it wont go you have to wait a minute or two then it will take off. What could be the problem does it need to be cleaned out.

if it is not from the fus try to check the electric wire and then the horn itself if still no you have to make the electric man who check it. and make me who pay the bill )

If it was quiet before, then the terminals could have rusted, and cause a bad connection. Otherwise, check switches and any relays there might be.
