Everyone always bitches at people with Hondas about how they're always revving on cars that will blow their doors off. Well you know, it works the other way too. The other day I was meeting some friends at the mall to go to a movie. The movie was at 5:30, so of course I left at like 5:20 (the mall is about 15-20 min away on the highway, if you're doing the speed limit). So naturally, I'm in a bit of a hurry. I pull up to a stop light next to an older camaro. Light turns green, I chirped the tires abit and sped away. Camaro passed me, the driver is a 40ish year old guy. I didn't drop it or floor it or anything, just kept driving. Get to the next stoplight and the guy starts laughing at me and tells me how he smoked me. I didn't even bother to tell him that I a) was in 5th the whole time and b) wasn't racing him.

So don't say it's only Hondas, because people try to race me all the time. Granted, I do have altezzas (no fart can, though), and I do drive pretty fast. It just bugs me when people say how it's only people with civics who always want to race. It's not.

Although, if someone wants to race me, and I have time.. then sure, I'll race. I'll probably get beaten, but who cares it's all in fun.

I hate altezza lights. The only car they match are altezzas lol.

It's payback for all the fart cannons that rev at a stoplight for no reason at all. It's payback for all the bigged cammed LS1 N20, 2.2 Cobra, BIGBLOCK old school, DSM Turboed cars, Single Turbo Supras, Twin Snail Vipers, and the like. The reason why, is there is a movie probably in your video collection right now..

I wasn't revved at, the guy (in an Acura lowered body kit you name it) slowed to about 13mph on a 2 lane road. I thought he was just slowing down to slow down, maybe he was turning, but I knew he worked across the street from me.

Then he pulls over way into the left lane and starts looking in his rear view like I'm going to drive up in the ditch to race him. I'm thinking, is this guy nutz! He'll be in the left lane and I'll be kicking up curb rocks all over the place.

Again, we worked across from each other and he never bothered to come over and even say hi. I went over one day to say hi, introduced myself and they acted like I was chopped liver.

I guess they never realized I was a Honda fan since I was driving the Celica to work.

lol i can take some comarros: v6s and some older like 80s ones, they're slow. idk, maybe tha guy is just a slow driver or its a crappy car, but he ran a 16.9 at the track :o , but yea. altezzas add like 10 whp, right? lol. +1 for taking them off, +1 for closing this thread.
