2002 Pathfinder Brake Noise Question

I have a 2002 Pathfinder. 2 days ago I had the front brakes replaced and the rear drums were inspected and cleaned but nothing else done to the rears.

After driving a few minutes I noticed a noise. The noise would happen when I was under heaving braking. The noise did not start immediately but would start just before the truck came to a stop. The noise only happend about 1/4 to 1/3 of the time when I was stopping fairly hard. The noise did only happened when stopping from high speeds. Not when stopping from low or medium speeds.

At first I thought the noise was comming from the right front brake. Yesterday I had the mechanic pull off the brakes and inspect. Nothing wrong. Rotors not scarred in any way. Now I am thinking maybe the noise is comming from the rears. I did a search on the forum and saw one post that mentioned that the rears need to be lubed. I am wondering if when the mechanic cleaned the rears he cleaned out whatever lube was there.

Thank you in advance for any help.
