Honda accords that won't start

I have a 91 Honda accord. I used to have a 92 but had to get rid of it in high school. Now i am in the military and was able to get one just like it but a year older. My problem is that a few hours ago i went out to start it and all it does is click. The battery is fine because all the lights work and i have been checking all the relays but i am totally lost. Any ideas?

Just because the lights work is not a good test that the battery is good. Turn on the headlights then try to start the engine. If the lights go out or get extremely dim, you have a bad battery or bad cables or connection between the battery and the cables. If the lights stay bright when trying to start, you have a bad starter.
