First of all......

WELCOME TO AF!!!

To answer your question.....

In my experiences, I have noticed NO difference when using all these fancy plugs (Splitfire, Bosch +4's, etc.) in my Caprice w/350. I did notice a difference from the standard AC Delco plugs that are recommended for my engine, when I went with Bosch regular platinum plugs. They are quite a bit more expensive than the AC Delco ones, but seem to give me a slightly better idle, and last quite a bit longer.

So my advice would be, get some good quality, regular plugs (NGK's are ok) or some Bosch platinum's, but don’t waste the money on these "Splitfires" and multiple electrode plugs...
