Yes, D-series engines and transmissions are interchangable.

OR... you could just by the d15 head and put it on you motor. Make sure you get the correct ecu, though

[ ]look My Friend : Sure You Need More Acceleration . So 1- You Can Use Your Tranny But If Use The Si Or Ex Tranny Is The Best But You Have To Change The Disc And The Clatch And The Vlame ( Chek Your Makanizm Man ) 2- You Have To Use The New Engine Ecu P08 Or Use The P28 Any Of Them But The P28 Is More Better And Use Splitfire Or Firesplite ( Electric Fingr) Which Design For D15b Use Air Filter 3- Note Very Important You Have To Buy New Disk And New Cluch For The Tranny. Dont Use The Old One. If You Have Any Problem Mail Me Hany [/size]

next time reread over what u write or take english buddy.
your better off getting the d15b instead of looking for an ex head and ecu it ill prob cost u less depending on where u live and how much ur paying for shipping on that swap.

Re: Re: 95 civic dx swap to d15b (vtec jdm)

I have a 92 hatch dx that has a jdm d15b swap. with headers and full exhaust. I can keep up with a stock integra gsr. it's prolly not your best bet if your going for speed, but I do get like 37 miles to the gallon (in the city), so in that respect it's a great swap if you just want a lil extra kick and still get great gas mileage
