i just got an 03 trailbalzer ls 4x4 for a great price. not sure what i got myself into tho. but im having a noise comming from the front of my car..its like a{{{squeek}} it only does it when im turning and i hit bumps..and bumps at low speeds..theres not bounce when i hit bumps at med speeds..but the noice is bugging me! also i dealership i got it from said they didnt have a remote for my car is there a way i can find out that my car does have keyless entry but they just lost the remotes?
any help would be great!

Sound like maybe a problem with cv joints with the front axle. I would have them looked at. About the remotes, you can find them all over ebay for a good price, programming them is a problem if do not have one but the dealer can do this for you.

Yes, ebay would be perfect to buy remotes, say around US$ 25 ( set of 2). As for the programming, check this link

As dealer would charge you upto 80 $ for programming.

Noise from front end could be the hood prop rod mine was doing the same thing, i thought for sure it was bad strut or stabilizer link.
The dealer greased the hood prop rod and the noise was gone.

Also, it is a very common on 02-03 TBs to have the sway bar end links and the front sway bar bushings go bad. They cause a squeak from the front end of the truck. There is a thread somewhere on this forum, might try and search for it.

thanks for the help the hood was the problem..now i have a crazy problem with my keyless remote.

i try to program a remote by the simple steps they gave me..after i held the remote lock and unlock down the car locked and unlocked. i turned to car on to exit the program mode and tried the keyless and it doesnt work! what did i do wrong now please help!
