just bought 92 civic dx, auto. just parted out a crx that had what i believe is a zc engine (1.6 dohc) with manual tranny. i believe that the zc came out of an 89 integra. just wondering the 92 civic will accept the zc engine that was in the crx.

all civic engines can be swap in each other models untell model 2001.
and there are some other engines install in civic and other model such as the ZC engine it is the same engine which called D16B9 DOHC but
not VTEC that because the place which the engine set in the car is the same . and there are many sites can chek the engine codes . if you need me to tell you just order. and aslo you can install the B18A
and H22A. but you will not live so much if you install the H22A
