clicking noise in engine

hello everyone! Whenever I hit a bump in my cavalier or a pothole I get a loud clicking noise. It seems to be coming from the engine area. My car is totally stock. can anyone tell me what this is? I want to know what it is before I bring it into the shop becasue they never fix it.

Re: clicking noise in engine

Broken Engine Mount? Since it happens when you hit a pot hole get under the hood and look for whatever is broken.Check your suspension as well. Does it also click when turning a corner? If so check your CV joint.
