Talking Held My Own

Well last night i went to palmdale because there was goig to be some races, well before anyone says anything its a desert and we were in the outskirts of it, well i raced twice, i first owned me 05gt and my second race was with a 03 cobra well we both launched good and he took me off the start but i quickly caught up but i couldn't pass him i stayed dead even with him, well after the race he was shocked to see that i kept up with him, then i told him what i had and he said that's one sick camaro, Well after that i decided to leave but it was a fun night

Re: Held My Own

Sounds like fun.

You are running with modded LS1 cars if you are keeping up with 03 Cobras. Congrats!!!

Good run and yes, those cobra's are very quick especially with the supercharger pulley changed. Nice work.

Re: Held My Own

Do you guys think a 100 shot of nitrous would hurt on a stock engine if i didn't use it often?

i believe on stock internals 160 shot on a v8 (120 on a v6)would be the highest you would wanna go, but philly is the selfproclaimed spokes person for nitrous so we will se what he says.

Re: Held My Own

I've heard that a 100 shot of nitrous would be okay on a stock engine, i really don't want to use at all unless i go to the track because there's no way in hell i would do it on the streets, shit i'll go kill someone or myself
