'98 Limited LX suspension

hi folks,

I'm already reading threads in this forum for a while and I'd find a lot of useful info... thanks to all for that

But now, I'm running into a problem my local dealer seems to be unable to resolve. My car here in Brazil is an armored '98 G. C. 5.9l. That makes the car about 500pd heavier. the suspension is reinforced to take that extra weight. Now, with about 60K miles, nearly the whole suspension incl. shocks, stabilizers, susp. arms etc. has been exchanged. But still, when driving over an uneven road and the car has to take a lot of short, sharp strokes, there's a noise coming from the lower part like a hundred bolts in a metal box. It just sounds like a number of loose parts would smash together constantly. I've been at the garage three times now, we took everything apart without finding anything. All protectors are tight too. Could that be the axle shafts in the rigids or something else around the struts? :sly:
Does anybody now about a set of coil springs for heavier cars?

many thanks

TJ
