how to get a leaf spring bushing out

Ok im puttin on a shackle lift in the rear. NOw ive got all the bolts out put the bottom drivers side. Its bonded itsself to the bushing. Now how do i get the bushing and the bolt out all in one. thanx all Ken

A press, or burn out the rubber with a torch, it's what I had to do..

Does this mean you can't get the nut off the bolt either ? can you move the old shackle around or is it stuck on the top side? when I lifted mine , the shackle had been squeezed tight onto the collar inside the bushing . GOT a Hammer . Heat will damage the spring tension if youget it too hot ,but you can beat the hell out of it . Rob
