1997 Lumina AC Problem

I have a 1997 Lumina that I recently had the AC serviced on. Now whenever the AC gets real cold there is a white smoke that blows out the vents. I live in Texas so it mostly does it on overcast days. It was once explained to me that this smoke was caused by the AC getting very cold. I am just wondering how to stop the smoke from coming out. It is a little disturbing, to say the least, to see this white smoke blowing out all of my vents. Any help is greatly appreciated.
