I have a 2000 RX300. I believe that I am having problem with IAC. Engine turns on but does not stay on. The RPM dial drops to very low and the engine shuts down. Keeping the gas pedal down to maintain the RPM at 1K, shift into gear, I am able to drive.

Does any one know how I can find out where this IAC is? How complicated is it to replace it? If I was to bring this to the shop, how much should I expect to pay? Dealer is quoting around $550.
