Re: Anyone want in on a group purchase?
I don't really need those subframe connectors. But man do I wan't one of those red strut tower braces. But, it won't fit in my car. My A/C lines are in the way. I'll just have to get one once I get my compressor and a/c lines all taken out.

Re: Anyone want in on a group purchase?
You sure about that? Because they have ones made to fit on the 3.4/3.8/96-97 SS, and it'll work unless youre talking about custom stuff done...
guys that want in: check www.umiperformance.com for what's available/what'll fit, and keep in mind 3rd gen and 4th gen suspension I believe is interchangeable/laid out the same way. otherwise go to the link I posted and basiacally add your name to the list

Re: Anyone want in on a group purchase?
Not that i've heard of... but still im tight for cash but cant let this opportunity pass by. And if you really want... if you get an $80 stb for 60 and $140 SFCs for $120, you can resell em and make a few bucks...

Right here, you can see where the lines run right over the lower bolt that the STB would need to hook onto.

Already tried. The top line easily bend out of the way, but the bottom one wont budge at all. Plus, there's a sensor on the bottom line that would be in the way regardless. It's all good though. I was eventually going to rip out all the a/c anyway. It needs recharged right now, so It's not like I ever use it.

Re: Anyone want in on a group purchase?
Well, it might be able to.. but again, the sensor and the hose seem like they would still be in the way. They're located directly above the bolt.
