So I try to start my car today and it makes all kinds of gruesome metal grinding noise. Great starter must be going bad. No prob, I manage a parts store and can replace it after work. Well I get off work with a new starter in hand and bum a ride. As I am looking for the damn starter bolt so that I can take them off I find an empty hole! Sure enough, I find that one of the bolts is missing and the starter is not completely in place. Now I'm stuck with no car! So, anyone have any idea what size the damn bolt is? I'm assuming it is at least a 10mm but could be bigger. I have no idea what length or thread pitch. Any help would be much appreciated. Well, looks like I am walking to my store to grab a bunch a bolts! Oh well, at least the fridge is stocked with ice cold beer AND wine. Take care
