Ok why is the Lexan windows and Fal windows illegal to have on the streets? I'm thinking about getting me Fal windows but i'm not sure yet.

they are illegal for street use as they dont provide the same amount of safety that a car's windows require, plus they dont shatter into small peices like regular glass, they break in shards in accidents.
