1996.

See the faq's.

Other rodeo owners that have chased this problem with flushing and termostat and still have problems. The solution has always been a new rad.

Does it get hot only while sitting or while driving too? Make double sure the cooling system is filled. My truck was overheating while sitting too long and the only thing wrong was it wqas a bit low on coolant.

Your low oil pressure could very well be because of the overheating. Before I changed my fan clutch I had a couple of incidents where temp would increase and oil pressure would decrease if I was stuck in stop and go traffic. Once I got moving temp would always go back down to normal and oil pressure would go up to its normal value. Since replacing the fan clutch temp and pressure has been rock steady regardless of whether I'm stuck in summer traffic or not.

As for your overheating problem, I'd have to agree with amigo-2k and suggest that a new rad may be the only solution.
