87 CRX Si -- Throttle sticking. HELP!

The throttle is sticking open on my 87 Si. What's causing this? Is it the fast idle solenoid?

There is also a ticking coming from the intake manifold during warm up.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Is it sticking open all the time? If so, is the accelerator cable sticking? The ticking i am not sure of but suspect a sensor.
