89 s10 2.8 swap to 2002 4.3l Vortec

I am swapping my 1989 2.8 tbi motor for a 2002 4.3 vortec. Yes i know go with a 350 and so on but i have strict emmisions to pass and i could not pass up a 2002 4.3l vortec 38,000 original miles, 5spd. tranny, exaust, computer, harness, and gas tank for $350 dollars delivered to my door step. I need to know everything i need to change for this swap. Will the harness fit into my existing fuse box, driveshaft fit properly, motor mounts, hydralics for tranny, crossmember, and anything else anyone can think of that needs to be done. I have done 350 swaps but all were carburated. I have all the sensors on block but none in the dash for the 4.3. Also which i do not think so but with my fuel lines for the 2.8 work with the 4.3 fitting and pressure wise.

Thanks for all your help,

Nick
