turbo diesel - 1999

I have just bought a 1999 beetle - turbo diesel from a friend.Great car ,just wondering if there are any issues with these cars at all.

TIming belt job needs to be done every 60k miles.

Glow plugs and harness, along with glow plug relay and glow plug control module.

2000 turbo diesel belt done at 80,000 but after belt was changes car feels sluggish ??? turbo dont kick in like it use to ???? did they do something wrong with install of belt ???? car runs idels an starts as normal ????? there was also a fuel leak after the belt was replaced ???? took it back twice for that ....think it ok now but still dont seem to have any power

Should have started a new thread if you wanted your ? answered but its ok. If the injector pump was moved then injector timing needs to be set- incorrect pump timing will give huge power loss.
