Rbbauer,
2 different manufacturers make essentially the same product. One is Fold-a-Cover. This product can be purchased from any GM or Ford dealership - and they'll install it for you. Many places that do truck accessories or Line-X or Rhino linings etc. also sell and install them. You can also order Fold-a-covers from many online truck accessories outlets. A self install will cost you about $575 plus shipping and tax. A full install will run $650 to $720 depending on source.
The second manufacturer is K Covers and they are only available as a self install for about the same price as the Fold-a-Cover. Mine is a K Cover - because I liked its mounting and locking method a bit better.
However - be forewarned - if you self install and if you want A TIGHT SMOOTH EVEN install look - plan on spending more than a couple hours doing it to get it right. If you do it properly - and use patience - it is deadon watertight in the heaviest rains and heavy winds. No rattles - no shifting or movement - no noises and no maintenance.
All the hinges are full width of bed and all are rubber shrouded stainless steel hinges on mine. Supposedly - you can stand on it - at least the good looking models in the ads do
Personally - I looked at a lot of tonneau covers. I didn't want a bed cap - and I didn't want any of the soft tonneau covers I saw - because any sharp object opens any of them for theft of bed contents. Because I live in Wisconsin - we get snow and ice - lots of it - and again - soft covers just don't work with an inch of ice and 7 inches of snow on the cover. But I also didn't want the solid fiberglass tonneau covers - because I haul lots of stuff of all sizes and shapes (and heights). For me (and not neccessarily anyone else) - it was worth every penny in price and effort - and knowing what I know now - I'd pay twice the price if I had to.
