my 96 gsr losing power

the car has 120 000 miles on it, i had it sitting for about two months one day i started it there was a little niose coming from it , then i drove it i noticed the car lost a little power, my cousin said all it needs is a full tune up, can you guys help i want to compare ideas

little noise = vague description.

from the vague description i can only say, give it some basic maintenence and compression test it.

little noise narrows it to oh 500 things

but i'll shoot in the dark and say vavles need specing?

do plugs wires *NGK is best* oil air and fuel filter as a start.

can you talk about the noise little more?

the clutch is fine, a real little wyning noise, my cousin says to do a full tune up. i think the noise is from the oil sitting for 2 months should i do a engine flush
