Question ECM B Fuse Blowing

I have a 99 Silverado 2500, was running fine and just quit. Not getting any fuel at all, cant here the fuel pump running and the fuel guage is not reading anything. I found the ECM B fuse blown and replaced it but it just keeps blowing. I swapped the fuel pump relay, that is right beside that fuse and it still blows. I've checked the grounds back at the fuel tank and all the wires running from the fuse panel to the ecm. All wires appear to be in good condition. I tryed leaving the fp relay out and the fuse didnt blow. I also tryed with the ecm unplugged and the fuse didnt blow, but with everything plugged up it blows as soon as i try to start it. I guess my question is could the ecm be bad or the fuel pump and how do i find out which?

Re: ECM B Fuse Blowing

Sounds like your FP is causing the fuse to blow which means it's time for a new FP
