I have an `05 Jetta GLI & I was wondering if it is possible to put in a navigation system? & if so, any reccomendations on navi systems?

Yeah it is possible. I would recommend a
Pioneer NAV-SYS620T. It is a DVD player, navigation system, mp3, and CD player with a touch screen face. Here is a link that can tell you more about it.
