I Have A Small Block Chevy In A Caprice. I Need To Adjust The Timing And I Cant Move Or Pull The Distributor Out Of The Intake.it Wont Budge!!!!!!does Ne One Know How To Solve This Problem???any Advice Would Help!!!!!

Tap the base with a small hammer, and try to turn it at the same time.
