turn/wiper lever

greetings all. i was wondering what is all involved in replacing the entire wiper/turn lever in a 2000 monte carlo. mine is completely broke in half, and no i didnt do it, just left a window down were I shouldnt have. Also what does this piece go for? Im guessin expensive. Id like to replce it myself if at all possable. thanks guys

junk yard or stealership! you will have to take the steering wheel apart and will need to disconect the battery and AIRBAG fuse! Cause it could go off on you! That would not feel good trust me!
