Northern Mass Warning

Under no circumstances should you ever visit the back woods
CONWAY CHEVROLET BUICK dealer in Pepperall for service. Like all dealers, they talk a good game, but they do not have quality trained people there to fix your car. The owner thinks his men are good, but he is so mis-informed. The owner does not back up claims his people make . The service manager also lied about fixing the car.
1- Disconnect a battery- that's pretty simple, but if you turn the bolt the wrong way, you can pull the post right out of the battery. ( and it was not frozen)
Yep they ruined it- but those nice people installed a used battery that did not even have the proper cranking amps. The first cold day it quit.
2- Change a throttle body- don't bother changing the gasket-it won't leak! Yes, it will and it did. They didn't have a gasket, I imagine.
Fixed it myself.
3. Charge people at $51.00 an hour for things you have no idea on what you're doing. Keep the car a nearly a month. Lastly, when you have spent hours looking for a problem, but can't find it, get a hold of the factory rep.--- Finally they did.
Buy it there if you get a good deal, but don't ever bring it in for service. Very-very poor.
