I have a 97 chyrsler LHS, and my rims are 16"x7 and the bolt pattern i believe is 5x4 1/2, i'm interested in buying a new set of mag rims, but the ones i like only are available in 15"x 7, will these fit on my car providing i purchase new tires to fit on the rims ?

Yes, they should fit, They might be close to not clearing the brakes but I believe that some Concordes which had the same brakes had 15's stock.
