Question Starter Issues

Here is my problem with my 2001 blazer..

After the Engine is started the starter restarts after a couple seconds ( grinding horribly )

Ive replaced the Starter,Ignition switch and the Starter relay but it still has the same problem.

I even removed the cam that goes into the lock cylindar and turned that cam by hand ( bypassing the key alltogether ) still same problem.

IF after starting the motor I remove the relay the starter stops and everything is well..

Any other possiblilities I could look at ?

Thx in advance for the help
