i bought a used 1995 chevy caprice classic, but it didn't come with an owners manual. for the past week i have an icon on the dash that reads "low" with an arrow pointing down. can someone help me identify this prob.

also my digital speedometer & turn signals on my dash conked out, i don't want to pay hundreds of dollars to an electrician 2 repair this prob. any suggestions

you may have to find a new dash cluster on ebay.. they are on there all the time, unless you want to pay GM $100-$500 to repair your old one.

get someone to check the codes on the computer
