Post Astro 91 AWD VIN Z TBI engine stops, not getting fuel

The Vehicle Runs Great Except It Stops And Will Not Start, Or Maybe It Will Start After 15 Minutes. Replaced Fuel Pump, Relay And Filter To No Avail. It Will Try To Start If Fuel Is Poured Into Carb - So It Is Getting Spark. Tried A New Computer (ecm) With No Success. It Is Not Getting Fuel. Suggestions From Others Is To Test The Trickle Current From The Ignition Switch To The Ecm. Ecm Has Power When Ign. Is Off And Has No Power When Ign. Is On. Is It The Ignition Switch? Go Figure?! I Will Sell Or Trade This One In When It Is Repaired.

Thumbs up Re: Astro 91 AWD VIN Z TBI engine stops, not getting fuel

Well, $269 (plus $350 for fuel pump, etc.) fixed the problem. The mechanic said that the bulk head electrical connection was corroded. He claimed it was a Chevrolet manufacturing defect because the contacts were not making an electrical connection and, over time, it just got worse until resistence claimed its fame. The tough part was tracking it down.
