Cold Start Valve Broke

I have an '87 GTI 1.8L 16V. It wont start, but it has fire and fuel. However, I noticed the cold start valve is broken. Not the actual valve, but the tube that connects it to the intake manifold. See the pics below...and if by chance anyone has an extra angine laying around with this part on it......hit me up for a sale.

Thanks, Daniel
