Get a copy of Hemmings Motor News. It is an excellent place to start for parts.

Also look for Kaiser-fraser and Henry J clubs

Many of the Henry J parts were shared with other Kaiser Frazer products.

And don't forget any Sears Allstate cars, which I am sure you know were identical to the Henry J.
This place shows some parts, too.

Finally, for many parts, like starters, generators, etc, I have had excellent luck going to a specialty rebuilder of automotive electrical components. In my home city, there are about a dozen of them, and they all have been able to rebuilt all kinds of obscure, ancient compments without any trouble at all.
The same goes for brake components, upholstery, ignition, engines, transmissions, etc. . So long as you have a rebuildable core, it can be rebuilt by a specialty outfit.
