Can anyone hook me up with information on replacing my front struts on my 03 Malibu? I need to put new on it and haven’t done this in some time. I figure springs need compressed and swapped over along with the bearing caps. Is this a basic hand tool operation or will I need a press like on the Toyota I did years ago.

Last time I changed out some struts, I pulled the assembly off the vehicle and had Midas Muffler compress the spring and replace the strut for me. The $10.00 they charged me was well worth it vs. the aggravation of doing it manually.
