how..? open air conditioner duct

Hi i have an 2002 Chevy Astro van and im wondering how do i get to the air conditioner duct from my dashboard (or any other way) because my air conditioning is stuck on defrost

You have a broken vacuum line. This line controls the opening and closing of your ac ducts. Keep checking and you will see several other threads on this subject.
